A.S.R shipping hours are:
EAST Coast orders, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET
WEST Coast orders, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. PT
Orders placed within our regular hours of operation will normally be shipped within 12 business hours from the closest warehouse with product availability*. Orders placed after cut-off times will be shipped the following business day*. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to all customers within 24 business hours after the order was placed. Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct as any delivery exceptions may incur an additional fee. No deliveries to PO Box addresses. *On rare occasions, there may be a shipping delay due to a short pick or back order and in those cases, customers will be promptly notified.
In order to provide fast shipping service for all customers, cancellations are not possible, as orders enter the shipping area almost immediately after being placed during shipping hours. Should you find yourself with this situation and your order was just placed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try to assist you with this matter.
A.S.R offers our customers convenient FREE economy shipping to the US 48 contiguous states and provide you with an (Estimated Date of Delivery) upon request. Please note that deliveries occur during business days of Monday-Friday. Holidays/weekends and shipping cut-off times may play a factor in (Estimated Date of Delivery), so we encourage our customers to plan accordingly. Should you need your product faster, other shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Saturday deliveries may be offered by UPS to select areas at an additional fee. Should you wish to use Saturday service, please contact customer service directly as Saturday shipping options are not provided online. Special care must be provided for this type of delivery service. Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Canada may incur a slightly higher fee.
Shipping - International
For customers outside of the United States, UPS international shipping is available. UPS shipping prices can be viewed online when the item is added to your cart for checkout. UPS offers the quickest shipping method. Please checkout using PayPal as other payment options may be declined due to financial institutions being based outside the US. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes placed by the receiving country and/or entity.
For more economically priced shipping options but with longer transit time, USPS (United Postal Services) is also available by e-mailing customer service for a quote. Please include the part(s) you wish shipped and complete shipping address including postal code. A customer service representative will promptly send you a shipping quote and alternate PayPal invoice for your convenience.
Shipping - Calendar & A.S.R Holiday Closures
A.S.R primarily use UPS and local couriers for shipping of domestic packages. In order for you to plan your purchase and determine shipping schedules around holiday seasons, we use the UPS calendar and encourage you to visit the UPS link below to determine exactly when orders will or will not be picked up from the distribution centers and/or delivered to your door.
A.S.R will observe and be closed on all US Federal holidays as well as the day after Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve.

A.S.R strives to provide excellent and innovative customer service. We offer our customers extended business hours that allow us to serve our customers from coast to coast by e-mail and toll-free number.
A.S.R makes every attempt to assist customers in locating the direct replacement for their part in many ways such as searches by make and model, photographs sent by email, but the best way to match parts is by providing an OEM part number for the item you wish to purchase. Please note that when a sales representative provides a part number being that A.S.R does not physically have the part in question, it is a recommendation based on the information provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to view the picture(s) of the recommended part number provided on our website, to confirm it is indeed the part they physically have. Should a picture not be available on the website, please contact customer service and an example may be available to be sent via email. Actual products may vary in appearance from those store models pictured on the website.
Should customers have additional doubts after viewing any part, an A.S.R representative will be more than happy to provide additional technical specifications, if available. A.S.R are not responsible for parts purchased in error by customer and are subject to return policy listed below. Once again, we encourage customers to locate replacement parts online using the OEM part number specifically used by the application in question. This method will significantly reduce the chance of an erroneous order.
Once the part has been delivered, please inspect your part. All issues or damage must be reported within 24 hours either by email or phone call to customer service.
A.S.R backs all units sold on this website with a ONE (1) year warranty, from original date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturer defects, but does not cover any damage caused by any other circumstance such as installation or mechanical error, weathering, corrosion/oxidation, damage due to water, alteration, physical damage or abuse, normal wear and tear, etc. Please note that parts found to be opened, altered, repaired, improperly installed and/or missing any parts both within and/or outside the unit after receipt will void warranty.
In order to take advantage of our warranty during its validity period, please contact us and we will happily provide you, within one (1) business day, an RGA number. Customers must clearly print the RGA Number provided on the exterior shipping box and include RGA form (if applicable) within the return box. Regardless of where it was shipped from, your return must be sent to the address provided together with your RGA number. Returns sent without following this procedure will not be processed. All part(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date or issuance of RGA number or credit will not be issued. All warrantied returns are inspected and/or tested. For quicker return processing, please be sure to email customer service with the return tracking number so that the warranty return can also be tracked in our system.
For warrantied parts, credit will be issued in the form of a replacement part only, unless the part is out of stock at the time of replacement in which case a full refund will be issued. Should a replacement part need to be shipped, it will not be sent out until part(s) in question is received, inspected and/or tested. In cases where time is of the essence, it is suggested a duplicate part be ordered and once the warrantied part has been received by the warehouse and inspected and/or tested, the appropriate credit will be issued.
In the event the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described above, we will photograph the part(s) and/or packaging and send you the photos taken via e-mail with a statement as to why the return was denied. The part(s) will be returned to you after shipping arrangements are made.
A.S.R is not responsible for any damage, labor cost and/or expense incurred by any defective unit.
No product A.S.R sales is intended for aircraft.
